New Environmental Policy = Mother Nature:"Yay!"

Hi! Dis is Andre again! And guess what?.. A no-throwing-garbage-everywhere-the-street (or watevr they call it) has been declared here on the Philippines! On that night when I heard on the news,I tried to imagine what Mother Nature should be screaming about.."Yehey!" :) This policy could be dangerous (well,not really,if your rich..) If you throw (or accidentally drop one) a candy wrapper,around a street that has a sign that reads:no throwing garbage anywhere (okay,so I just made that sign-info up! but its near to the point!) A street guard (I'm not an expert at this so just shut up if u think i'm wrong! I'm not a member of the presidential cabinet or something u know! *PEACE*) could (possibly) catch you drop that piece of plastic and your in trouble! You'll get a ticket! (It's not a ticket to go to the movies or go see a concert,or else get a family trip,or something like that) in fact,it's a detention ticket! (I don't know what they call that ticket thing since giving tickets here on the Philippines,doesn't happen every-time on this archipelago) soooo,yea! you get a ticket! I'm not really sure what that ticket does,but I heard on the news,that you get a fine of 100-500 pesos (i'm not exactly sure that's the number of the fine,since they recite the numbers on tagalog,and I'm not good at tagalog numbers) and if you don't pay you cannot spit,forevah!!!! (okay,so no-spitting punishment can be weird,well it is weird to me since i can live without spitting! And you can,though spit in your sink,or somewhere,that's already dirty like the dumpster,or the dump-truck or the dumpsite... those are just my ideas,you can actually spit in places that's nothing like that) okay,so that's all I heard from the news last night,since the report was short, okay so that's all I have to share for now! see you guys later!
